I have the honour to acknowledge with thanks the
letter from the Department of yesterday's date, regarding the
application of Hiss lucy K.Jacobs, Sister, Eedical Department,
Hong Kong, for a transfer to a pensionable appointment in
the Colonial Service.
I shall have pleasure in placing the letter before
the Committee at their Keeting next Tuesday, and shall then
communicate their decision to the Department regarding Miss
Jacobs' suitability for a transfer to the Federated j'alay
States.
